A fab blend of young and sophisticated by the master of Mod! Banded bodice top with wide straps and A-line silhouette - deceptively simple, exquisitely made. Handwarmer pockets are inset into the princess seaming.

SIZE: Labeled  size "a". The strap measurements reflect the range from the front bodice edge to back edge -depending on which buttons you use. If you add it to the length of the jumper itself, you'll have overall length from shoulder to hem.

 Measurements Inches Cm
Bust 35" 89
Approximate waist 32" 81
Approximate hips 38" 96.5
Length from front center neckline 33" 84
Strap length 11.25 - 15" 28.5 - 38
Sweep 49" 124.5

FABRIC/COLORS: The fabric is a poly/wool blend, heathered camel, woven with a subtle diagonal texturing.
It's fully lined in white acetate.

TAGS: Courreges, Paris, Hyperbole, made in France. Hyperbole was the Andres Courreges line intended for younger and more budget conscious buyers.

CLOSURES: A hidden metal zipper in the sideseam. The straps attach to the bodice with flat surfaced camel colored shank buttons that almost look like large enameled snaps. They are adjustable - two buttons in front and two in back - the model is wearing it on the lower button in front where there are also small hooks & eyes on either side of the strap for additional stability. The back straps are basted into place with the upper button in  place, stitching that is easily removed if you need more length.

CONDITION: A subtle area of what looks like uneven wear on the upper bodice band in back - see closeup - the area of less nap looks a bit paler. No other issues noted - no stains, holes or tears.

I measure the outside of garments, unless stated otherwise.

For menswear, the chest is measured at armpit level.

For womenswear, the bust is measured a little below armpit level, including the room created by darts or gathers.

Waist will be measured if there is one, and hips are measured about 9" below waist level. Sleeves are measured from shoulder seam or an approximation in the absence of a shoulder seam. Garment length is measured from the back of the neck, unless otherwise stated.

The measurement numbers refer to the garment, not the body inside. For best fit, measure a similar type of garment which fits you well and compare.

If the garment is shown on Josephine, my mannequin, her measurements are 31/24.5/34". Sometimes she wears a padded bra. My live models measurements vary depending on the day and year, and I don't ask them to share that.
