About Returns and Refunds
Decisions about returns are made on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to have happy customers who love their purchases. Each garment or item is carefully measured and inspected for flaws, and all issues are disclosed as noted. Of course, it is not humanly possible to be perfect. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within three days of your receiving it. If I have made a significant error, I will refund in full, including shipping both ways, once I have received the item back, as long as you shipped it within a week of contacting me unworn and it's in exactly the same condition as I sent it. If the return is for personal reasons (doesn't fit, color doesn't flatter, the wedding was cancelled, etc), same guidelines but you pay shipping both ways plus a 20% restocking fee.
