Women's Vintage 40s Sun Dress Striped Pinafore Pink Ruffled Girly Medium VFG Embroidered
This 1940s vintage pinafore sundress is so cute! Bodice styled with sweetheart neckline, accented by pink rickrack. Shoulder straps have pinafore ruffles. Wide curving waistband in front, with inset sashes at the sideseams for customized fit. Gathered skirt with cuffed patch pockets in front. Pinafore ruffles and pocket cuffs are extensively embroidered with scalloped edges. No tags.

FABRIC: Striped cotton fabric, cotton candy pink and white. Trim is a stronger pink.
CLOSURES: Metal zipper in back.
CONDITION: There are a few tiny scattered rust spots on the skirt front – see close-up. The hem was taken up at some point and then let back down – you can still see a subtle crease. The underarms are very faintly yellowed – you can’t see it unless you look closely.
