70s Vintage Preppy Patriotic Red White Blue Maxi Dress Small VFG Gene Stanley
I'm dating this amazing piece to mid 1970s, around the Bicentennial. Top is styled like a snug fitting classic striped tennis sweater - oversize collar gives the illusion of a shirt underneath. Long flowing fan pleated skirt completes the picture.
