Low rise elephant bell jeans, so very 60s! If you were going to San Francisco to hang out in Haight Ashbury in 1967, these are the pants you would want to wear. These hug the hips and begin to flare about mid-thigh. It's a Hollywood waist, meaning that they do not have a separate attached waistband.
