30s Vintage Brimmed Hat 20s Cloche Fine Straw 22 Jaunty Golden Glow VFG
This is a sporty little vintage hat, most likely late 1920s into early 1930s. It is cloche-like, but perhaps a bit jauntier. The body of the hat is rounded, dipping down over each ear. A narrow brim flips up over the left side of the forehead - the asymmetry is accented by the black & white ribbon that curves over the left side of the hat, ending with a ribbon cockade in the back. And. There is a tiny veil that can be worn folded up into the hat or down to skim the wearer's face.

For womenswear, the bust is measured a little below armpit level, including the room created by darts or gathers.

If the garment is shown on Josephine, my mannequin, her measurements are 31/24.5/34". Sometimes she wears a padded bra. My live models measurements vary depending on the day and year, and I don't ask them to share that.
