80s 90s Red Dress Shift Tunic Layered Vintage Ms. Holly Harp VFG

A cute and breezy little dress by designer Holly Harp. I believe this is most likely late 1980s vintage, and so easy to wear. The silhouette is a simple shift with moderately padded shoulders and three quarter length sleeves. The two piece wrap detail with scalloped edges adds a feminine touch - the two sections are attached to the dress at the neckline but are otherwise free floating, creating the illusion of a short vest or capelet.

FABRIC/COLORS: Light weight crepe in tomato red. No fabric content label, and so beautifully finished that there are no raw edges inside to snip a bit for a fiber burn test. My experience with Holly Harp garments leads me to believe that there is a good chance it is silk. Tag does recommend dry clean only.
