70s Women's Dress Hawaiian Halter Style Vintage Maxi Floral Extra Small to Small
- Description
This vintage 1970s Hawaiian maxidress is so cute and comfortable, and would look great as a minidress too! Diagonal darts in the armhole line for gentle shaping, overall shape is slightly swingy/trapeze like. The shoulder baring sexiness and the unusual back neckline treatment are a fab contrast to the long lean column-like look of the silhouette, set off by the eye popping print.
SIZE: The size tag has faded to the point of being unreadable. The model usually wears a size 2-4, and it is not pinned on her .

FABRIC/COLORS: Fiber content tag is unreadable. Based on the fiber burn test, I think it's acrylic blended with cotton or rayon. The fabric is light to medium weight, with a lightly textured weave. The floral print is oversized and done in very intense, almost neon shades of pink, turquoise, green, fuschia, purple and dark blue with white.
TAGS: Pomare Tahiti, Honolulu Hawaii
CLOSURES: Slips on over the head and closes at the back of the neck. The two straps from the front button at the back of the neck to form a halter. The back has a narrow strap with a loop at the top that the halter slides through - very unusual
CONDITION: Excellent. I don't see any stains, holes, tears or other issues.
