An adorable little vintage 1940s house dress of the type that is increasingly hard to find! Bodice is styled with a wide inverted vee waistband in front. A sweetheart neckline and puff-top sleeves are set off with dark blue corded trim. There's a curvy patch pocket on the left breast. The skirt is fitted at the waist but has a lot of flare. No tags.

CLOSURES: A brass metal zipper down the front.
CONDITION: This dress has been loved and worn! There's a faint beige discoloration on the right shoulder and outer sleeve and another small area on the right outer hip, must have happened while hanging in storage - see closeup. Also, a three corner tear, about 1.5" on each side in the mid left front skirt, repaired long ago and not obvious - see other closeups of repair front and back. Fabric is lightly and uniformly faded. No other issues noted.
