70s Women's Dress Disco Vintage 30s Style Orange Jersey Long Chiffon Cape Small to Extra Small VFG
This vintage dress is a classic 1970s homage to high style 1930s, reinterpreted with a faint disco edge! Draped bodice with fitted layer underneath, great for enhancing your assets! Narrow straps that turn into part of the vee neck front, empire waist with sleek swingy skirt. Removable fluttery cape/poncho with handkerchief hem.
SIZE: No size label. The bodice should fit snugly, and the fabric has some stretch. Cape is a one size fits all, so no measurements given.

FABRIC/COLORS: Shimmering poly jersey knit with a crepe like surface. Color is a dark slightly muted orange, for descriptors, I'm torn between pomegranate and dark salmon. Cape is poly chiffon in the same color.

CLOSURES:Dress closes with a nylon zipper in back. Capelet ties at the neck with a self fabric cord.
CONDITION: No stains, holes, tears or other issues seen.

For womenswear, the bust is measured a little below armpit level, including the room created by darts or gathers.
Waist will be measured if there is one, and hips are measured about 9" below waist level. Sleeves are measured from shoulder seam or an approximation in the absence of a shoulder seam. Garment length is measured from the back of the neck, unless otherwise stated.
The measurement numbers refer to the garment, not the body inside. For best fit, measure a similar type of garment which fits you well and compare.
If the garment is shown on Josephine, my mannequin, her measurements are 31/24.5/34". Sometimes she wears a padded bra. My live models measurements vary depending on the day and year, and I don't ask them to share that.
