60s Women's Sundress DeWeese Swim and Sun Dress Vintage SATC Medium to Large VFG

Vintage DeWeese Swim & Sun dresses are so great for summer weather! Two were featured in the Sex and The City movie - this is a particularly nice one. Scooped neckline in front with plunging back. Upper bust is gathered onto the neckline binding which turns into spaghetti straps. Front bodice has princess lines and a pointed basque waist. Bust is supported by a "Sta-Cup Bra". Back of bodice is elasticized ruching for custom fit. Swingy skirt with inseam pockets for a practical touch. The bodice front is lined, the rest of the dress is unlined.

SIZE: Labeled 15/16. I can't get a bust measurement because of the low back, cup size looks like a C. Waist measurement somewhat flexible due to the shirred back panel. Shoulder straps are adjustable.

FABRIC/COLORS: No fabric content tag. The fabric is woven, feels like a synthetic, medium weight. The binding and straps are sturdy nylon knit, in white and gold. The floral print is gorgeous - a bit of an Asian feel, using white and saturated shades of dark blue, turquoise, gold, rust and green against a cerulean blue.

CLOSURES: Slips on over the head, metal strap adjusters in back.

CONDITION: Excellent. I don't see any stains, holes, tears or other issues. Elastic appears to be intact and in good shape, bra cups not showing any signs of problems.
