Gorgeous and amazing vintage 1920s flapper shoes, that can translate effortlessly to modern style! Round slightly squared toe, curvy heel, tee strap, decorative inserts of basket weave leather with a checkerboard effect, lots of decorative perforation.

SIZE: Numbers on the inner vamp do not translate to a recognizable size. I'm guessing size 6 to 6.5, but please consider the measurements.

 Measurements Inches Centimeters
Length, heel to toe, inside 9.5" 24
Widest part of outer sole 3" 7.5
Heel height 3.5" 8.75

MATERIALS/COLORS: Beige and cream leather. Heels are covered in the beige, soles are composition.

TAGS: Hamilton & Brown Shoe Co. Makers. Bottom of soles is embossed "Compo". I'm guessing these are very early composition soles.

CLOSURES: Small embossed deco-style pot metal buckles on the ankle straps

CONDITION: The shoes are priced to reflect a trip to your local cobbler. The right heel needs attention - nails are poking up underneath the insole and the outer half of the heel shows some separation from the sole, probably from the loosening of the nails. A good shoe repair person should be able to  fix this. The leather uppers have some small areas of discoloration, most noticeable is a teardrop shaped dark mark on the outer heel of the right shoe -see close-up. In the close-up of the buckle, you can see the minor wear to the leather at the strap ends and the wear to the leather lining. The outer soles and heels show only minimal signs of wear.
